Dispatch and Delivery

Delivery will be confirmed at checkout. Unfortunately due to the ongoing pandemic we are limited with flight options and facing largely increased costs in order to get your Next parcels to you; therefore we need to charge a $10 delivery charge on all orders for now. We will continue to review this and get back to normal as soon as possible Thanks for your understanding & happy shopping!

Offer Order Codes

Free Delivery and other offer order codes remain the property of Colour Bar Collective Pty Ltd t/a Murlo, are non-transferable and may not be reproduced in any form or used in conjunction with any other offer.

Returns

Simply return any unused item within 28 days of receipt for a full refund of the price of the goods (provided it is in a new, unused condition). This approval period does not apply to certain jewellery, cosmetics, groomingproducts, or Gift Vouchers. You can return your items via your chosen method using the returns label we will send you. Postage must be paid by the sender and will not be refunded by Murlo.

Prices

The prices quoted are those ruling at the time of production. Due to circumstances beyond our control prices may have to be altered up or down, including any alterations to the rate of value added tax. If for this, or any other reason, an item is not acceptable, it may be returned providing it is sent back within 28 days and is in new, unused condition. Certain products cannot be returned. See section above, for details. All prices shown are cash prices in Austrailian Dollar (AUD). We reserve the right to accept or reject orders, to refuse applications or with prior written notice to close an account. Prices of goods displayed in and ordered through the Directory may differ from prices in store. We will request payment for the full amount on confirmation of your order.

Availability

All orders for products are subject to availability. In the event of supply difficulties we reserve the right to substitute items of equal quality and value. You will be notified of such substitutes when you place your order.

Voucher PINs With Money Or A Percentage Off At murlo.com.au

The offer is valid for orders over the minimum value stated in your communication.
The offer is valid until the expiry date shown on your communication.
The offer can only be activated once the voucher PIN has been registered at murlo.com.au. A voucher PIN can only be registered once.
The offer can only be used for purchases made online at murlo.com.au. It is not valid for telephone transactions. Redemption of the offer involves registering at murlo.com.au.
The offer is only valid on introductory orders with nextdirect.com for new customers only. One voucher PIN per customer only.
If the order is returned, the value of the offer is non refundable.
The voucher PIN cannot be exchanged for cash. No change or refund will be given.
Murlo cannot accept responsibility for the loss of your voucher PIN. It will not be replaced or its value refunded if this happens.

Credit Card Payments

We are unable to accept credit cards that are due to expire within the next FIVE Days. Card details are checked and verified by a third party and goods are despatched once authorisation has been obtained.

Law

These Terms and Conditions will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with Australian Law. The parties hereby submit to the jurisdiction of the Australian Courts. All contracts will be concluded in the English language.

Use of Credit Reference Agency Information and sharing of credit information.
In the interests of responsible lending and for security purposes we may carry out searches with credit reference agencies when you register with Murlo and further searches may be carried out before deciding whether to accept orders and/or grant further credit. The agencies record these searches. We may also share information about you and the conduct of your account with credit reference agencies, other lenders and relevant third parties Information about you and other members of your household and those with whom you are financially linked maybe used to verify your identity and for the credit assessment of you and them. We may also use your information for payment recovery or fraud and debt tracing. We will pass on details of defaulting accounts to debt collection agencies. Who Does Murlo Disclose The Information It Collects To?
We use information about you for purposes other than the provision of a website shopping facility. As a result we may disclose your information to:

2.       Legal and debt recovery representatives for debt collection and debtor tracing purposes.

3.       Reputable companies to fulfil your order or process your data on our behalf.

We may combine your information with information we collect from other companies and use it to improve and personalize our services, content and advertising.
This may also be done on a reciprocal basis. From time to time, we make portions of our customer list available to carefully screened companies. If you do not want your name and mailing details made available, or no longer choose to receive a Murlo offers or wish to alert us to duplicate mailings, please call us on our salon  number or email sales@murlo.com.au.  Murlo is committed to respecting your privacy.

Keeping In Touch With You

We want to keep you up to date with information about new ranges, special offers and improvements to this site.
